Just a little bit every day keeps you positive and on track - for your goals, your gratitude - absolutely everything about developing personally.

You brush your teeth daily, you eat, sleep, shower and do a bunch of other things daily. Just make sure you incorporate personal development into the consistent things you do and watch how much better you feel and how better you will be on track to the things you want most out of life.
