Every time when something is really bothering me, I pick up one of my books on positive quotes and I sit down in my favorite spot. Then I start to read quotes from one of the pages in not specific order.

I keep reading quotes until one them hits right in my mind and spirit. I believe all inspirational quotes are there at right time when I need them.

My only task is to find the one suit me that particular moment. There is always one that will shift my entire perception and energy. When I find that one I just change my mood in no time at all.

Also I want to ask you to share any inspirational quotes inspirational quotes or positive quotes in general, that you really love.

This down below, it's not really quote (it's more an affirmation of sort), but it's something that I've used for a while to weak up for the bad thoughts that come into my mind.
